Pre-field training

Hey Everyone!!
I am Atlanta where I came back from Pre-field training. We went to Ridge Haven in South Carolina where all the short-term interns for the summer came and were together preparing to go to our fields. It was a great time to get to know some people. It was nice to have Alissa, Sarah, Daniel, and Phil around for two days before they left. Some familiarity was nice. They are all going to Thailand. They left today keep them in your prayers as they are adjusting to the time difference, jet lag, and the culture.
Right now I am sitting in the living room of my host family while I am in Atlanta. They are very nice. They are originally from the Mid-West so I feel like I can relate to them a bit. :) I feel very exhausted and lonely but the Lord is encouraging me. I will have some training Sunday and Monday for CMI and will also spend time with a girl who is a little older than me who has gone on some mission trips as well. It will be good to be able to pick her brain a bit about her experiences.
Tuesday I leave. Please pray for me as I am continuing to prepare for the field. Pray for my traveling, I don't like planes and so a long plane ride is not something I look forward to. I also need prayer for my summer preparations for my Sr. Project for my dance degree. I need to brainstorm and write my second proposal which will be a lot more detailed and difficult. It will be a challenge while I am interning but I know I will get it done. Pray that I would be given inspiration, knowledge, and DEPTH OF INSIGHT as I am trying to begin putting pieces together. Pray for exhaustion, and loneliness. I am looking forward to God working through all the experiences. I know he will work through my brokenness. Bibs told me to "let God woo you this summer" I desire that. I want to desire God, his plans, his perfect timing, his wisdom. Him!
